All children living in Hudson who will be five years old on or before August 31, 2019 are eligible to enter kindergarten in the Fall of 2019. There are no exceptions regarding entrance age requirements.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to the Hudson Public Schools website www.hudson.k12.ma.us and click on the Parents/Students tab and from the drop-down menu and select Kindergarten Registration.
- Click on Registration Forms to print and complete the necessary forms.
- Mail completed forms to 155 Apsley St., Hudson MA 01749-ATTN: Kindergarten Registration OR
- Register for an appointment by visiting https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Hudson_Public_Schools .
- Bring all completed forms and required documents with you to your registration appointment.
- If you have any questions or cannot access the forms online, please call Tiago X. Duarte at 978-567-6100 ext. 153 to have them mailed to you.
